HOW TO STABILIZE THE EQUIPMENT
The front two are fixed footpads, which are not adjustable. If the whole machine is not stable, please
adjust it with the back-end adjusting footpad until the machine is stable.
HOW TO ADJUST THE SEAT
Seat adjustment:
1: Up and down adjustment:
Turn the knob (A) to the left until the knob clicks and then pull it out (do not release it), then you can
adjust the height of the cushion up and down. Adjust to the appropriate height and release the knob to
align the hole at the corresponding height. Rotate right again until it is pressed.
2: Adjusted before and after: Turn the knob (B) to the left (turn 1-2 turns) until the seat cushion can
easily move forward and backward. Adjust to the appropriate position and turn right until pressed.
