a speedy response to requests for technical

Your warranty

Salamander customers benefit from a full 

three year warranty on the Right pump range. 

This warranty will operate from the date of 

purchase and is subject to the installation 

guidelines being followed correctly (please 

refer to our Pre-Installation Checklist, on page 

2 and our Commissioning Checklist, on page 

11).
For a standard 3 year warranty please 

complete the online warranty form at    

www.salamanderpumps.co.uk.

Extended warranties

In addition to the three year warranty available 

free of charge following the successful 

installation of your pump, there is an optional 

Extended Warranty Scheme (UK only). The 

Extended Warranty Scheme exists to protect 

customers from any unexpected or unforeseen 

pump breakdowns. Participation in the 

Extended Warranty Scheme is activated by 

completion of an Extended Warranty
Application Form and the payment of a 

nominal fee.
