Parking brake

Inspecting parking brake
function
By counting the number of
clicks of the parking brake
lever, check its engagement
condition.
The other test to check the
proper function of the parking
brake is that it must be able to
hold the vehicle on a fairly steep
hill safely.

If the number of clicks is more

or less than the specified limit,

consult an authorized SAIPA
company dealer for adjustment.
Engagement course
The number of clicks from the
released position of the parking
brake to the full engagement
position must be 6 to 8.
