Vehicle air condition
One of the most important pollution
of the air condition systems is the de-
stroyer gases of the ozone layer (like
the Freon gas). Fortunately, the R134
gas is used in the SAIPA products in-
stead of destroyer gases that have no
destructive effect of the ozone layer.
Thermostat
The appropriate performance of ther-
mostat causes engine performance
in optimized temperature and 2%
economy in fuel consumption.
The fuel in fuel tank vaporizes and
propagates when facing free atmo-
sphere because of its nature. Fuel
vapor propagation causes air pollu-
tion. In order to solve this problem,
there should be an assembly, which
has the ability of absorbing and re-
covering the fuel vapor. This proce-
dure is done by the canister in the
vehicles. The fuel vapor is transmit-
ted to the canister through the hose
and the active layers of carbon are
absorbed when passing the canister.
The canister has the effect of reduc-
ing the environment pollution by re-
covering and consuming the fuel va-
por. It has a sensible effect because
of preventing the propagation of toxic
gases to the environment. The re-
placement time of the canister is the
standard time of the automotives if
the result of the performance test in
the technical examination center of
the vehicles is negative, 30000 kilo-
meters in general condition and 24
month after installation.
