Configuring Sentinel License Manager
Each computer where the HASP Driver is installed also houses Sentinel License Manager and Sentinel Admin
Control Center.
Sentinel License Manager allows you to manage licenses when using a network-based software solution. To
configure Sentinel License Manager, use the Sentinel Admin Control Center web app.
To open this app, you will need a browser; however, the internet connection is not required.
To open Sentinel Admin Control Center locally, type
http://localhost:1947
into the browser address bar.
When opening it remotely, type
http://<address>:1947
, where
address
is the remote computer IP address
or DNS name. In this case, you will also need to
to the web app installed on this
computer before accessing it.
To enable normal protected software operability, you need to configure remote access to Sentinel License
Manager installed on the network key server for all client computers.

Checking the Key
Once a network HASP key is installed, make sure to check it with the Sentinel Admin Control Center web
application. To do so, open your browser on the network key server and type
http://localhost:1947
into the
address bar.
In the web app, select
Sentinel Keys
(Fig. 48).
