Alarm, low pressure
If the pressure in the line does not rise high enough during pressurization time, code ALP is
blinking on the display and the red LED-signal L1 or L2 of the line which has caused the alarm
is blinking.
In pressure transmitter operation , an alarm is triggered, if the line pressure does not reach
the set high limit within the set maximum pressurization time. The same line will be pressurized
again, when the alarm has been reset by pressing the
SET button.
In pressure switch operation an alarm is triggered, if the line pressure switch does not close
within the set maximum pressurization time. The same line will be pressurized again, when the
alarm has been reset by pressing the
SET button.
3.3.3 Alarm from LG-ind doser operation indicator
LG-ind doser operation indicators are in use when parameter LGI has been set in status YES .
The alarm is triggered when the LG-ind doser operation indicator does not sense the operation
of a doser during a lubrication cycle. Code
AIn is displayed. Lubrication continues normally
despite the alarm. This feature is different from any other alarms. Alarm can be reset with SET
–button.
3.3.4 Alarm from air pressure switch of grease spray system
Air pressure control is in use when parameter AC has been set in status YES .
The alarm is triggered if the air pressure switch is not open when pressurization starts or not
closed when pressurization has stopped. Code
Air is displayed. The same line will be
pressurized again, when the alarm has been reset by pressing the SET button.
3.4 Manual operation
Transfer to manual operation mode in the selected channel by setting the parameter HL in
status On .
One can transfer out of manual operation mode into automatic operation mode as follows:
•
by setting the parameter HL in status OFF
•
automatically when 60 minutes have elapsed since transferring into manual operation
mode
•
by restarting MaxiLube (MaxiLube always starts in automatic operation mode in all
channels)
In manual operation mode SET -button is used to:
•
start the pumping
•
stop the pumping
•
transfer the pumping to another line
The lubrication program keeps the pressure in the set high limit value in the line which is
pumped. In oil lubrication system pressure monitoring is not available.
