CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE
S.T.P. LTD declares that the ladders "UNIVERSALE TYPE A-B-C-D" are built in
accordance with UNI EN 131-1:2015, UNI EN 131-2:2010/A2:2017,
UNI EN 131-3:2007, UNI EN131-4:2007 and, therefore, in compliance with
Legislative Decree no. 81/08 Art.113.
The tests mandated by the decree of 23.03.2000 have been carried out by:

WARRANTY: The ladders "UNIVERSALE TYPE A-B-C-D" are guaranteed 5 years against
production defects. The manufacturer disclaims all responsibility if:
Use of parts and / or components different from the original ones.
Operation in conditions not provided.
Poor and / or lack of maintenance.

The warranty automatically expires if it is not possible to trace the date of manufacture.
The warranty does not apply to parts subject to wear and also those elements changed or
repaired by unauthorized people and so they
aren’t the equivalent of original components. The guarantee is limited to the faulty parts
recognized by the manufacturer. The manufacturer disclaims any liability for use of not-
original components.
BEFORE USE
a)
Be ensure that you are fit enough to use a ladder. Certain medical
conditions for medication, alcohol or drug abuse could make the ladder use unsafe;
b)
when carrying ladders on roof bars or in a truck , ensure they are suitably placed to prevent
damage;
c)
inspect the ladder after delivery and before first use to confirm condition and operation of
all parts;
d)
visually check the ladder is not damaged and is safe to use at the start of each working day
when the ladder is to be used;
e)
for professional users, regular periodic inspection is required;
f)
ensure the ladder is suitable for the task;
g)
do not use a damaged ladder;
h)
remove any contamination from the ladder, such as wet paint, mud, oil or snow;
i)
before using a ladder at work a risk assessment should be carried out respecting the
legislation in the country of use.
