Installation
In order to avoid an interference
of the network by disturbances/
alterations in the range of the
230-V-installation please always
disconnect the power supply of
the active devices as SR5 of
those of other power consumers
(coffee machine, hover, radio
etc.).
Use separate circuits, an iso-
lated overvoltage protection (C-
arrester) and label the circuit as
well as the belonging jacks
clearly with “EDP”.
For installing the DIN Rail-switch
pay attention to the following or-
der:
1 Connect the mains voltage
to the terminals L and N ac-
cording to fig. 5.
2 Plug the patch cord of the
terminal devices in the cor-
responding jacks (see fig.
7).
3 For the disconnection of the
patch cord from the termi-
nals press the release knob
above of the respective ter-
minal at first and then ex-
tract the plug from the termi-
nal (see fig. 8).
4 Shut the jacks, you do not
use, with the dust cover by
pushing it back till it snaps.
