Safety Instructions
• Before use, always check whether the commode chair is in a perfect condition and ensure that all connections are
firmly in place!
• Please ask your specialist dealer if you are uncertain about anything or have any questions concerning assembly or care!
• Do not exceed the specified maximum weight of 120 kg for users!
• Please ensure that the commode chair corresponds to your requirements. If in doubt, ask your doctor or specialist dealer!
• Missing, damaged or worn parts may only be replaced by the specialist dealer!
• Do not use, leave or store the commode chair outdoors!
• Only use the commode chair on horizontal, level and solid ground!
• Avoid leaning too far forwards and abrupt movements backwards!
• The brakes must be locked when using in conjunction with a toilet bowl!
• Do not at any time sit on the arm rests!
• Never put your weight onto the footrests when sitting down or getting up!
The commode chair enables greater independence when using the toilet and improves the personal hygiene associated with
this, in particular by compensating for restricted or absent movement functions in the musculoskeletal system or supporting
ligaments. It is suitable for patients with a body weight of max. 120 kg.
Field of application
The use of the commode chair is indicated for patients lacking truncal control as well as those with balance problems and
considerable loss of function in the lower extremities, patients with hip and spinal column stiffening, patients without
hands, tetraplegics or those with arm damage and significant impairment of the gripping function.
Scope of supply
The commode chair is supplied partially preassembled in the packaging. Please check that the contents are complete:
• 1 instructions for use
• 1 body frame with 2 castors, 2 braking castors and 2 adjusting screws
• 1 backrest with 2 padded armrests and 2 snaps
• 2 footrests
• 1 ABS toilet seat
• 1 commode bucket with lid and handle
• 1 seat cushion
• 1 calf strap with Velcro fastener
