[ Troubleshooting ]
Check whether serial port cables are connected correctly and whether the connected serial
port is identical with that configured on the super terminal. Check whether the configuration
of the serial port on the super terminal is the same as that described in RG-S2900 Software
Configuration Guide . If not, modify the serial port configuration parameters. If there is still no
serial port printed information, please contact Customer Service Department of Ruijie
Networks for technical support.

[ Troubleshooting ]
Such problem is related to the settings of the serial port. Check if the settings of such
parameters as the baud rate match those in the RG-S2900 Software Configuration Guide .
If you fail to locate the cause of the problem, contact your local distributor. Prepare the
following information before your attempt to contact your distributor:

Chassis type and serial number

Maintenance agreement or warrant

Version of the software installed in your switch

Purchased date

Brief problem description

Brief description of your attempts to solve the problem
