installation instructions before installing and operating this appliance.

IMPORTANT: Read all the instructions and warnings carefully before using. Failure to follow these 

instructions may result in a possible electric shock, fire hazard and/or injury.

If you are assembling this unit for someone else, give this manual to him or her to read and save 

for future reference.

QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE

READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE

Wherever the manual speaks about the heater, this only applies for the MF1540H and the 

MF1510H units. 

I. Please ensure the following points before installation: 

1. The rated voltage and power supply of the electric fireplace must be the same; 

2. The fireplace bulb should be in a good condition. Please refer to the maintenance section of the 

manual.

II. The electric fireplace heater may give off a little harmless odor upon first use which is normal 

and will soon disappear. 

III. If the fireplace does not give off any heat, first check that the heating switch is in the correct 

position. For detailed information, please refer to the operation section of the manual.

IMPORTANT SPECIFICATIONS

WARNING

Please read the following specifications thoroughly and follow them carefully to 

prevent accidental fire, electric shock and physical injury.

 

1. Please read the specifications carefully before using the product.

2. The electric fireplace will get hot when in use. Please do not touch the hot surfaces or bulb as 

this can result in a burn. Also, please keep flammable materials such as clothes, bedclothes, furni-

ture, paper and curtains 100cm away from the fireplace. Do not cover or block the heater’s outlet 

or other outlets at any time. Do not place the fireplace on a soft surface because this may also 

block the outlet.

3. Keep this electrical appliance out of reach of children or persons with reduced physical or men-

tal capabilities. Do not let them use the appliances without supervision.

4. Do not install this electric fireplace directly on a carpet or on any other surface that may interfere 

with the circulation of air at the base of the fireplace. 

5. Please pull out the power plug when not in use. 

6. When switching off the electric fireplace, please turn off all the switches and pull the power plug 

out of the wall socket.

7. This product is for indoor use only.

8. The fireplace may not work in a wet environment such as in the bathroom or near the washing 

machine. Please keep the electric fireplace away from water containers.

9. Do not use the fire place if the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactur-

er, a service agent or a similarly qualified person in order to avoid a hazard.

10. Do not lay the wire under a carpet. Do not put rugs, the legs of furniture or other heavy objects 

on the wire. Keep the wire out of areas of general use. 

11. Keep the outlets clear of any material as this may cause electric shock, accidental fire or dam-

age the fireplace.

12. Due to the possibility of spark generation, do not use the fireplace in areas which store gaso-

line, paint and other inflammable and explosive substances.

13. It is prohibited to alter the product in any way. Please use the electric fireplace as per specifi-

cation. Any other methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer may cause accidental 

fire, electric shock or physical injury.

14. Please avoid using extension leads because they may overheat and cause fire. If you have to 

use an extension cable, please use three-core expansion cable with load bearing capacity under 

250V/16A and earth it reliably.
