When placing the fireplace or building the wall structure, please place the insert in dry, safe 

and clean place. 

4. If there is no satisfactory socket near the selected position, please ask a

 

professional electrician 

to install the socket behind or near the frame as per requirement. 

WARNING

Do not install an electric circuit or socket arbitrarily in order to prevent fire accidents, elec-

tric shock or physical injury. Please ask a professional electrician to install the circuit. 

1. Turn off the switch on the core of the fireplace.

2. Insert the power plug into AC230V/15A socket. The cable should be laid along the wall.

3. Pull the core of fireplace into the frame or the wall structure until it parallels with the panel or 

wall. 

4. Finish the installation ensuring that the power plug is accessible after installation.

5. Level the fire by adjusting the feet.

Note

If necessary, the profiles on the side of the unit can be easily removed by removing the two 

screws.

MAINTENANCE 

Warning

Before cleaning and repairing the electric fireplace, please pull out the power plug to pre-

vent fire accidents, electric shock or physical injury.

Refilling Water

1. 

When there is no mist, or you hear the water shortage alarm, please refill the water tank imme-

diately. (It’s acceptable to use a small amount of non-toxic fragrance for better scent.)

2. 

When the water no longer covers the atomization sheet, atomization stops in 3 seconds and 

there will be no flame effect.

3. 

When the atomizer stops, please turn all controls off, unplug the appliance, refill the water tank, 

plug back in and restart.

15. If the heating unit becomes overheated, the fireplace will make a warning sound or a warning 

light will flash. In this case, please turn off the heating unit immediately and check whether the elec-

tric fireplace is near any objects that may have caused it to overheat as listed in points 2 and 12. 

Do not continue using the electric fireplace if any warning sign is shown.  

16. Do not burn wood or other materials inside the electric fireplace.

17. Do not hit the glass of fireplace.

18. Please use the socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth electrode.

19. Please pull out the power plug when cleaning, maintaining or removing the fireplace.

20. Please keep the fireplace and wiring dry when transporting or storing them (remove the water 

before moving the fireplace). Avoid strenuous vibration to prevent damage to the fireplace. 

21. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.

22. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.

23. When you are not using the unit for a longer period of time or if you want to transport please 

empty the container

INSTALLATION 

This section is the guidance for electric fireplace installation

Leave a clearance of at least 1cm between the fireplace recess and the surround of the fireplace to 

ease installation. 

The electric fireplace does not need a flue.

Warning

1. The power socket shall be AC230V/15A three-core socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth 

leakage protection.

2. Note:

In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. Do not scrape the plastic off the core of 

fireplace or install the core directly on a soft surface. Otherwise, it may block the air circulation and 

cause fire accidents. 

Install the electric fireplace in dry and safe places free from dust and flammable articles. Please 

ensure that objects such as curtains not to block the outlet.

3. It is possible that the flames become lower when the heating function is switched on. This can be 

prevented by placing the surround 10 mm from the wall.

Reminder

1. It is advisable to install the electric fireplace near the socket to ease electric installation. 

2. First place the electric fireplace on the selected position to see whether it is satisfactory. 

3. This electric fireplace is not allowed to be installed directly onto a wall. Place the mantel in the 

desired location or build a fireplace recess in the desired location on the floor near the wall. The
