BLADE SHARPENING
ATTENTION! Sharp blade! Risk of injury!
Clean the kebab slicer before sharpening.
1.
Sharpen for approximately 1 - 2 seconds, using a very shallow angle
applied to the bottom of the blade, as shown on the photograph below.
2.
Smoothen sharp edges (eliminate burrs occurred during sharpening).
3.
Wash and disinfect after sharpening.
4.
Mount a blade (the sharp edge oriented towards the motor), screw on
the retaining ring and tighten the attachment bolt.
5.
Mount blade housing and fasten with bolts.
TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
Shaking, crashing and turning upside down of the device should be prevented while in transportation. Store
the item in a well-ventilated location, with dry air and without any corrosive gases.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
•
Disconnect from electricity when cleaning equipment.
•
Use cleaner without corrosive substances to clean surface.
•
Dry all parts after cleaning before the device is to be used again.
•
Store the unit in a dry, cool location, free from moisture and direct exposure to sunlight.
•
Never wash the machine using water.

Carefully remove the blade, use a sponge or brush to clean the blade housing.
2.
Spray all surfaces using a grease remover, apply disinfectant and leave for 5 minutes.
3.
Rinse kebab slicer’s housing unit.
4.
Wipe kebab slicer dry.
5.
Mount blade, screw on the retaining ring and tighten the attachment bolt.
6.
Mount blade housing and fasten with bolts.
REGULAR CONTROL OF THE DEVICE
Regularly control whether the device is damaged. If it should be damaged, please stop using it immediately
and contact your customer service to solve the problem.
What to do in case of a problem?
Please contact your customer service and prepare the following information:
•
Invoice number and serial number (the latter is to be found on the technical plate on the device).
•
If relevant, take a picture of the damaged, broken or defective part.
•
It will be easier for your customer service clerk to determine the source of the problem if you give
a detailed and precise description of the matter. The more detailed your information, the quicker
customer service will be able to resolve your issue!
CAUTION: Never open up the device without the authorization of your customer service. This can lead to
a loss of warranty!
