SCOPE OF APPLICATION
The kebab slicer is designed to slice grilled meat only.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from non-intended use of the device!
BERORE FIRST USE
Upon receipt of the goods, check the packaging for integrity before opening it. If the packaging is damaged,
please contact your transport company and distributor within 3 days, and document the damages as detailed
as possible. Do not turn the package upside down! When transporting the package, please ensure that it is
kept horizontal and stable.
DISPOSING OF PACKAGING
Please keep all packaging materials (cardboard, plastic tapes and Styrofoam), so that in case of a problem, the
device can be sent back to the service centre correctly, preventing further damage!
INSTALLING THE APPLIANCE
Appliance location
Do not use in temperatures of more than 45°C and if humidity exceeds 85%. Ensure unobstructed access
to the electricity plug at all times. Keep away from heat sources and flames to prevent the housing unit or
power cable from melting. Make sure the power source reflects the parameters on the rating plate! Prior to
the first use, remove and wash all elements and wash the device.

Assume a stable and safe position. Place the kebab slicer upon the grilled meat, press the
ON button, slice meat by using up and down movements adjusting the slicing depth to
your requirements (the depth may be altered using the knob on the top of the device in
the blade housing).
Maintain free access to the electrical plug, in case of an emergency.

1.
Unscrew the blade housing attachment bolts.
2.
Remove blade housing.
3.
Remove the blade. In order to remove the blade, spin the disc so that the hole in the blade
is at the top and aligned with the hole in the device. Insert a small tool into the holes (not
part of the set) to lock the blade in position and unscrew the bolt which holds the blade
in place.
4. Mount a new blade (the sharp edge oriented towards the motor), screw on the
retaining ring and tighten the attachment bolt.
5.
Mount blade housing and fasten with bolts.
