the meal.

* Change the grill opening (clockwise) according the age of the animals.
Height grill opening : 80 or 70. Width : 40--50.

Position I
: the control pan switches on and off the circuits automatically until the daily feed
ration has been distributed.
Position II
: the control pan is ”by--passed” and the circuits run continuously until the daily
feed ration has been distributed.
* Spread the litter evenly over the house floor.
* Set the inside grill in its LOW position. Make sure that all grills are completely opened (pos 50).
* Lower all pans into the litter.
* Make sure that
ALL
feed windows are completely opened.
* Fill all pans manually (
M
). Repeat this daily 2--3 times, so that there is always fresh feed in the pan.
* Winch up the lines after 10--14 days (pans about 1cm above litter) to close the feed windows.
* All switches in position automatic
(A).
* When necessary, winch up the pans gradually into a higher position.
* You can create a DEEP pan (that prevents feed wastage) by setting the inside grill in position 80. Make
sure that the 4 clickfingers close well. The grill opening remains 50.
Set the counter at the required feed
amount.
“1”= 10kg (6,5 ton weigher)
“1”= 25kg (13 ton weigher)
Reset the counter every day (if
necessary adjust) after the clock
became inactive.
