5.9. Audio
The iPC audio controller is integrated in the Intel® 82801DB southbridge, the external audio codec is a AC97
compatible VIA VT1618 .
The audio controller is a PCI bus device. The BIOS allocates required system resources during configuration of
the PCI device.
5.10. Cardbus
The Cardbus controller supports PCMCIA (16 Bit) and PC-Card (32 Bit) devices.
5.11. IDE Port
The IDE host adapter is capable of UDMA operation. Please refer to the IDE specifications documents for
additional information.
Primary and secondary IDE host adapters are PCI bus devices. They are configured by the BIOS during PCI
device configuration. You can disable them in setup. Resources used by the primary and secondary IDE host
adapters are compatible with the PC/AT.
5.12. Mini PCI Bus
The implementation of this subsystem complies with the miniPCI specification. Refer to the documentation for
additional information.
