Fremdkörper aus dem Ventilatorraum e ntfernen
•
Drehrichtung lt. Drehrichtungspfeil auf Gehäuse durch kurzes (impulsartiges) Ein-
schalten kontrollieren

Bei Drehstrommotor
- Drehrichtung evtl. durch Vertauschen von 2 Phasen umkehren!
F
Bei Einphasenmotor
- Drehrichtung, wenn nötig, durch Vertauschen von Z1 (schwarz) mit Z2 (orange)
umkehren

geänderte Stromrichtung in der Hilfswicklung)

Before control of direction of rotation:
−
Remove any foreign matter from the fan.
•
Check direction of rotation as per direction arrow on the casing by short turning
on.

with 3-phase-motor
- change of direction of rotation possibly by change of two phases!

with 1-phase-motor
- change direction of rotation if neccessary with changing of Z1 (black) and Z2
(orange)

change of current direction in secondary winding.)

•
Luftheizgerät zur Erstinbetriebnahme vorbereiten

ordnungsgemäße mechanische Montage?

ordnungsgemäßer Anschluß am Heizwasserkreislauf?
−
vorschriftsmäßige elektrische Installation?
−
Fremdkörper in Ansaug- und Ausblasbereich und in Ventilatorraum entfernt?
−
Frostschutz funktionsfähig?
−
Heiße Oberflächen (Heißwasserleitung) gegen Berührung geschützt (Verbre n-
nungsgefahr!)?
•
Prepare air heater for first operation
−
correct mechanical installation
−
Properly connect the antifreeze thermostat!
−
electrical installation in accordance to regulations
−
remove foreign matter from inlet and outlet area and from inside of fan
−
Is the antifreeze protection operational ?
−
Are the hot surfaces (hot water lines) protected against accidental contact (dan-
ger of severe burns) ?
