Functional options
ECO mode (speed reduction)
The speed reduction depends on the engine temperature and takes place
after approx. 20 seconds when the engine is running warm, if no consumers
are connected. The engine speed is regulated at a lower speed (2000 rpm).
Once consumers are switched on, the motor automatically increases to the
nominal speed and the full power is available.
The speed reduction is activated automatically when the generator is
started.
► Press ECO mode function switch to deactivate the speed reduction.
The ECO mode pilot lamp illuminates black.
The speed reduction is deactivated.
Polarity reversing switch
CAUTION!
Danger to people and material damage due to improper use.
An incorrectly set rotating field or switching during operation can endanger
persons and cause damage to the power generator or consumer.
Set rotation direction before commissioning the consumer.
Observe the specifications for the direction of rotation of the consumer.
Do not change direction of rotation under load.
After use, set the direction of rotation to the right (position 1).
The polarity reversing switch for a 400V socket is designed with 3 switch
positions:
•
Position 0 - currentless
•
Position 1 - right direction of rotation (delivered condition)
•
Position 2 - left direction of rotation
► Lift and turn the switch to change the direction of rotation.
The rotation direction is set.
Direct supply/system supply
The simultaneous system supply and direct supply of a device with the
power generator is not permitted. This is ensured by switching between Di-
rect supply and System supply. The earth connection is always connected
to the generator at each socket and in each operating mode.
