10 Trouble Shooting
LIFT-O-FLEX
is designed for effective and reliable performance providing the maintenance instructions are
followed. Should problems occur, follow the checklist below. If problems persist, please contact your distributor.

Motor is not functioning
A
Check the voltage which should be 24 volt.
B
There is a 30 Amp fuse in the power pack
Check the following.
C
Make sure connections with motor are ok.
D
Make sure connections to battery charger and wall
Outlet ok while charging.

Make sure the lamp on the battery charger is lit, see
8.1 Charging.

The platform does not move,

Check above #1.
but motor works.

Make sure
Maximum Load Weight
is not exceeded.

Make sure the mast is in place. See 5.2 Mounting.
