Intended use
The appliance is designed to be used in the household and similar areas, like for example:
- staff kitchens in shops, offi ces and other small commercial areas,
- agricultural holdings,
- by guests in hotels, motels and further similar living environments,
- breakfast pensions.
Other uses or modifi cations of the appliance are not intended and may constitute considerable risks of
accident. For damage arising from any improper use, the manufacturer does not assume liability.
The appliance can be used for grilling, heating and keeping warm food directly on the glass ceramic plate.

Packing material
Do not simply throw away the packaging material but recycle it. Dispose of paper, cardboard and
corrugated cardboard in waste paper collecting points. Also discard plastic packaging material and foils in
the intended bins.
In the examples for the plastic marking: PE stands for
polyethylene, the code fi gure 02 for PE-HD, 04 for PE-LD,
PP for polypropylene, PS for polystyrene.
Disposal/recycling
This product must not be disposed of in the normal household waste pursuant to the Elec-
trical and Electronic Equipment Directive at the end of its life-span. Please return it free of
charge to your local electrical and electronic equipment collecting facility (e.g. recycling yard).
Ask your local authority for information concerning how to dispose of your appliance.
