4-7 When Moving the Unit

After you have pulled out all the ink cartridges
whose numbers are flashing, head cleaning
starts. Follow the messages on the display to
carry out the procedure.
When cleaning for the first two colors finishes, the dis-
play returns to the screen shown in step 6. Follow the
messages on the display to perform cleaning for the re-
maining four colors.
8 When head cleaning finishes, the sub power
shuts of automatically.
Switch off the main power switch.

Detach the power cord and the cable connect-
ing the unit to the computer.
10 Remove the drain bottle and stopper the drain
tube.
11 Secure the printing carriage in place.
For information on how to secure in place, refer to "1-3
Assembling and Installing -- Step 4: Remove the Protec-
tive Media."
Insert a cleaning cartridge into the ink cartridge port
for the flashing number.
Switch to "O"
