Remote-Control Commands
The following commands are required to perform signal generation with the IEEE
802.11a-g WLAN option in a remote environment. We assume that the R&S
Signal
Generator has already been set up for remote operation in a network as described in
the R&S
Signal Generator documentation. A knowledge about the remote control oper-
ation and the SCPI command syntax are assumed.
Conventions used in SCPI command descriptions
For a description of the conventions used in the remote command descriptions, see
section "Remote Control Commands" in the R&S
Signal Generator operating manual.
Common Suffixes
The following common suffixes are used in remote commands:

Placeholder <root>
For commands that read out or save files in the default directory, the default directory
is set using command
MMEM:CDIRectory
. The examples in this description use the
place holder

in the syntax of the command.
