• Name
• Address
• Serial number, article number
• Place and date of purchase
• Date of failure
• A detailed failure description
• A list of the hardware/software configuration, if applicable
5.4.2 Service process
Please consider the following steps:
1. Download a service supply note (see chapter „5.4.1 Service Supply Note“) from our homepage (see
chapter „5.5 Downloads“).
2. Fill out the service supply note completely.
3. Describe the error or defect as precise as possible. “Defect” only delays the repairs.
4. If possible use the original packaging to send the device back to the Service Center.
5. Make sure the send the device back to the Service Center and not to any other site.
