1.3 Commissioning
• Remove the RD15 B from the packaging and set it on a surface with the bottom side facing up.
• If appropriate attach the RD15 B to the fitting mounting solution. Screws (M6 for mounting) are not
part of the standard RD15 B scope of delivery.
• Make sure to fasten the screw with appropriate force to not damage the threads.
• 230 V AC operation: Plug the line cable into an electrical outlet. Plug the MIL plug of the AC/DC
adapter into the DC input of the display and tighten the knurled screw.
• 24 V DC operation: Connect the DC/DC adapter to the DC power supply and connect the DC plug
with the DC-In of the RD15 B.
• The DC-In is coded. It is not possible to misapply the DC plug.
• Connect a VGA(RGB) or DVI cable to the display and the signal source.
