Brightness ( )
Adjusts the overall intensity of the monitor. After allowing the backlight
to warm up, adjust for the least amount of brightness needed to achieve
black at ambient lighting conditions.
Contrast ( )
Adjusts the difference between the monitor's light and dark elements.
With a suitable image displayed on the screen, adjust the contrast control
to achieve the best balance between image brightness and fine detail
rendition.
The optimum setting may vary slightly with different types of monitors
and changes in ambient lighting, as well as individual taste.
Color Balance
Adjusts the balance of red, green, and blue colors used in the display.
This will change the overall color temperature of the monitor.
Default Settings
Returns the user interface control settings to the default values. These
default values may not be the same as the ones that were set when you
received your monitor. Rockwell Automation often changes the defaults
by lowering the brightness and increasing the contrast. Also, the phasing
will be different depending on the specific configuration for your
monitor.
