Technical data
Operating
a. Make sure the spray gun is cleaned thoroughly.
b. Check the fluid nozzle and air cap are tightened properly.
c. Fill the container with material.
d. Open spreader adjusting devise.
e. Open fluid adjusting devise.
f. Turn on air supply to spray gun. Set the air pressure at lowest recommended pressure for being spray.
g. Supply with proper working air pressure for best performance.
Adjustment of the spraying width
To adjust the knob of pattern width clockwise or counterclockwise for spraying pattern from flat to round spray as required.
Replacement of nozzle set
When replacing nozzle or needle, replace both simultaneously.
Note
:
Don‘t over tighten the nozzle. To avoid damage to nozzle or needle, unlock the needle adjusting screw to release spring pressure
against needle. Be sure to pull and hold the trigger while loosening or tightening nozzle. Make sure to assembly the nozzle
before needle.
Cleaning
a. Empty the painting material from cup and replace with suitable solvent.
b. b. Operate the spray gun until all traces of material disappeared and make sure the fluid nozzle and air cap are
thoroughly clean.
c. Clean air nozzle and air cap with bristle brush.
d. Flush the spray gun thoroughly with suitable solvent then clean the gun‘s body with soft cloth.
Note:
a. Never place the spray gun into solvent
b. Never use any hard objects, such as wire, needle to clean the air cap orifices which will be damaged by the hard
objects .
Maintenance
The spray gun shall be lubricated frequently. Using a non-silicone lubricating oil, drop it on all moving parts for lubricating.
