How do I determine the zone inputs
on an old site:
The right way of doing it will
be to disconnect the input zones wiring one after
another? The N/C zones will transmit on
disconnection (LED fast burst of flashing) and the
N/O zones will do nothing as they are still N/O.
By turning
switch 4 on and off
the Universal
transmitter will learn the current state of the zones;
hence if a device is in the alternate (i.e. N/C switch
being in an N/O position) state the wrong
configurations re-programmed as described on
page 5.
