Switch 1
, OFF
in this mode the unit will
function as a universal transmitter. Indicated by
fast flashing LED.
Switch 3
is used to determine whether the
Universal TX is going to be used to mimic
Roboguards or Remote TX functions.
When mimicking
Roboguard signals
(Switch
3 OFF) turn
Switch 2
ON so that the tamper
version of the signal from a Roboguard will be
sent. This will allow you to program the
Roboguard into your appropriate decoder panel.
Tamper signals are required to programme
Roboguards into decoder panels and will be sent
when the relevant zone input is triggered.
*NB When programming is complete turn
Switch 2
off
When mimicking
Remote TX
signals (Switch 3
ON) keep
switch 2
off and program the input
zones into remote TX zones of the decoder panel
i.e. Arm/ disarm, panic, AUX/medical. (a
Universal TX will send a signal for the appropriate
zone every time it is commend).
