Utility Bays (Continued)

The compartment behind the front door houses the city water connection point and propane tank. You

can find more information in the HOWTO: Propane System section.
The compartment behind the second door contains (left to right) the wastewater disposal hose, the

gray water valve handle, the black water value handle, the waste water disposal pump cleaning knob,

and the cable TV connection point. (Picture 36.1)

Fuel Fill

The fuel fill door is located directly behind the driver on the outside of the vehicle.

(Picture 36.2) To fill your Roadtrek with fuel;

1. Open the driver side door

2. Swing open the fuel fill cover

3. Shut the driver’s door (to prevent fumes from entering the car)

4. Remove the fuel cap

5. Fill the tank with DIESEL FUEL ONLY

6. After fueling, replace the fuel cap

7. Re-open the driver’s side door

8. Shut the fuel fill cover

9. For DEF fill, refer to the Sprinter owner's manual.
