7.15 Lift setting
7.15.1 Lift setting for RK Powerlift rack
With the
RK Powerlift
, you can change the installation
height or lift by adjusting the limit switch cams.
Follow these steps to do this:
•
For adjusting the installation height, drive out the RK-
Powerlift by about 5 mm more than the new in-
stallation height to be set. Position the RK Powerlift
to the lower end position (installation height) in order
to adjust the travel.
•
Place the
RK Powerlift
so that the lower opening is
easily accessible.
•
Loosen the fixed cam with an Allen key and pull it ca-
refully out of the groove together with the threaded
rod without using force.
•
Loosen the setting cam and adjust the lift and or in-
stallation height.
The default setting in the works is the smallest instal-
lation height and the maximum lift (350 mm and 490
mm).
Please obey the warning notice to the letter!
•
Feed the setting cam carefully back into the groove
and push in without using force, until the fixed cam
engages firmly with the section.
•
Return the
RK Powerlift
to an upright position and
drive up carefully to the new end positions.
It is essential to observe the dimensions given in the following drawing.
You must not have less than 48 mm (lift 350 or lift 490)! You must not have more
than 420 mm or 560 mm!
Both will cause serious mechanical damage to the
RK Powerlift
and will entail the
voiding of any warranty claims!
