7.3.8 Signals provided by the outputs
The PLC/PC data interface outputs are designed for controlling movement from memory posi-
tions.
In this case, the outputs are set as in the table below for all 5 memory positions of the applicable
user level respectively with the
RK
Easy
lift
and for all 3 memory positions of the applicable user
level respectively with the
RK
Power
lift
:
Note: Multiple occupancy of a position with more than one memory position is not permitted and
leads to no output occupancy being defined.
Important note for the QuickStop function
When activating the QuickStop function, a positive DC voltage must always be present on the
corresponding input I9.
If the level is interrupted, all control signals are cut off immediately. The connected lifting columns
stop moving immediately.
The QuickStop function does not replace the
EMERGENCY SHUTDOWN
function as defined in
the machine directive!
7.3.9 Activation of QuickStop function and 4-bit pattern
To activate the QuickStop function, the housing must be opened and a DIP switch reconfigured.
