The requirements for any country may change at any time. Riverbed recommends that you
check with local authorities for the current status of their national regulations for both 2.4 GHz
and 5 GHz wireless LANs. The following countries have additional requirements or restrictions
than those listed in the above table:
Belgium
: The Belgian Institute for Postal Services and Telecommunications (BIPT) must be
notified of any outdoor wireless link having a range exceeding 300 meters. Riverbed
recommends checking at www.bipt.be for more details.

Brazil ANATEL Homologation Notice:
Antennas used with the XH2240 with a gain higher than 8.5dBi (for omnidirectional) and a gain
of 9.5dBi (for other types of antennas) must be ANATEL homologated.
