Network interface cards described in this guide use the following abbreviations to indicate the type of 
card:

TX = Copper, Gigabit Ethernet (GbE) 

•

LX = Single Mode Fiber, Gigabit Ethernet 

•

SX = Multimode Fiber, Gigabit Ethernet 

•

LR = Single Mode Fiber, 10-Gigabit Ethernet
