INSTALLATION WITH PERMANENT WHEEL
RISERS
1.
Fabricate Support Spacer (supplied by others). See
chart below and figure 15.
2.
Weld both sides of Base Plate Support Spacer to
Base Plate and anchor to approach. See figure 16.
NOTES:
a.
Use structural channel available in a size to match
the height of Wheel Riser ± 1/4”.
b.
End plates should be sized to cap ends and the
height will vary with height of the channels.
c.
If site conditions warrant a spacer different than
shown, consult the factory.
