Hydraulic Power Unit
1.
Mount all signs and electrical components as shown
in figure 5.
2.
Mount power unit on dock wall as shown in figure 5
using the supplied mounting bracket. Power unit
must be mounted on side shown and within 24” of
control box. If power unit location is to be under the
leveler, see figure 8.
Note:
If control box is mounted on the other side of
the dock pit, a junction box will be required. Wiring
from the power unit to the control box will be routed
over the dock doorway.
3.
Route and secure sensor cables with the hydraulic
hoses. Terminate into lower portion of outside
junctions box. Make sure cables have enough slack
to travel with the carriage through the entire locking
range.
4.
Connect wiring as indicated by the Wiring Diagram
and Electrical Schematic. See figures 6 & 7 or
figures 8 & 9.
