Preface

Thank you for purchasing the RISO Controller IS300.
This product is a print controller for using RISO digital duplicators as network compatible PostScript3 printers. This 
unit allows various functions such as data output and printer monitoring to be used from Windows and Macintosh 
computers.

Organization of Instruction Manuals

There are three instruction manuals for this product.

• “RISO Controller IS300 Setup Guide”

This manual describes how to connect the IS300 and the installation procedures for the software that comes with 
this product.

• “RISO Controller IS300 Printer Driver Guide”

This manual describes specific functions of and the setup procedure for the printer driver.

• “RISO Controller IS300 Utility Guide” (This Manual)

This manual describes Console functions for checking the status of and managing this product through a network,  
and operation procedures for software that comes with this product.

Read each of the manuals before using this product or when there is something you do not understand while using it.
