The control unit uses a “P2” key with the same functions of the Step-by-Step push-button. This is useful
to control the automatic system during installation (only with DIP2: OFF).
TRIMMER FUNCTIONS

It allows the maximum duration of raising and lowering.
It must be preset approx. 4s more with respect to the actual stroke time of the system.
The adjustment ranges from

TCA
If activated , by meand of DIP 1, it allows to adjust a delay time for the automatic raising of the
bollard .
The adjustment ranges from 3s to 90s maximum.

DIP-SWITCH FUNCTION
Dip-Switches Function
Description
DIP1
TCA
Enable or disable the automatic raising of the bollard. The delay time
can be set by trimmer TCA.
On: Enable automatic raising
Off: disable automatic raising
DIP2
Preflashing
Enable or disable the lights of the bollard
DIP3
Fast automatic
raising
Enable or disable the fast automatic raising of the bollard (DIP1
must be ON).
On: Fast automatic raising activated . When the bollard is in lower
position , the intervention of the photocell causes the raising of the
bollard after 3 sec. If the intervention happens during the lowering
cycle of the bollard, the lowering cycle will be completed and after 3
sec. the bollard will do the raising cycle.
Off: Fast automatic raising not activated.
DIP4
SCA/SYREN
Select the operation mode of the output SCA/SYREN.
On: Warning acustic device, is activated during the raising cycle .
Off: Warinig light, it indicates the status of the bollard:
- Light on = bollard UP
- Fast flashing during raising cycle
- Slow flashing during lowering cycle
- Light off= bollard down

RE-PRESSURISEING OF HYDRAULIC LOCKING
The re-pressuriseing of hydraulic locking function keeps the bollard in a stable UP position also when it
remains UP for long time.
This is a selectable function , it makes the bollard to do a short raising cycle that assure the correct UP
position of the bollard. The time intervals of the short raising cycles can be selected .
In order to activate this function it is necessary to put the DIP 5 in ON position. The green led light indicates
the time interval between the short raising cycles. The time interval can be selected by means of the push
button P1, hereunder you can see how to select the different time interval:
1 flash with pause
30 minutes
2 flashes with pause
1 hour (default)
3 flashes with pause
1 hour and 30 minutes
4 flashes with pause
2 hours
5 flashes with pause
2 hours and 30 minutes
6 flashes with pause
3 hours
7 flashes with pause
3 hours and 30 minutes
8 flashes with pause
4 hours
9 flashes with pause
4 hours and 30 minutes
10 flashes with pause
5 hours
11 flashes with pause
5 hours and 30 minutes

After choosing the time interval put the DIP 5 in OFF position to confirm your selection.
