Check and ensure that each burner is properly located
over each orifice prior to installing the flame tamer.

1.

The flame tamer is designed to reduce flaring.
Place the flame tamer support on the lower edge
above burners.  Flame tamers must always be
located under the grill plate, but are not required
under the hot plate.

2.

Position the cooking plates as shown below.

3.

Place the warming rack into the slots on the
barbecue body side panels.

Position grease draining tray heat shield into slots
in grease draining tray.

2.

From the rear, install the grease draining tray and
grease draining tray / heat shield.  Slide tray side
tabs over rails on underside of barbecue body.  The
grease draining tray heat shield is required to be
present and centred for your safety.

3.

Attach two (2) screws for the body wind shield into
the threaded holes on the left and right body panels.
Do not completely tighten these screws but allow
enough room to slide the slotted holes on the body
wind shield onto the two screws and then tighten
firmly. 

4.

From the front side of cabinet, open the front doors
and install the grease receptacle under grease
draining tray.

CONTENTS OF GREASE DRAINING
TRAY AND GREASE RECEPTACLE MAY
BE VERY HOT DURING COOKING.  

ALLOW TO COOL COMPLETELY
BEFORE DISPOSING OF THE
CONTENTS. 

LINING THE GREASE RECEPTACLE
WITH ALUMINIUM FOIL ENABLES
EASIER CLEANING.

REMEMBER: REPLACE GREASE 
RECEPTACLE TRAY FOIL REGULARLY.

AFTER CONTINUOUS USE, FAT AND/
OR COOKING JUICES MAY BUILD UP.  
TO AVOID ANY FAT FIRES, IT IS 
RECOMMENDED THAT THE GREASE
DRAINING TRAY AND RECEPTACLE BE
EMPTIED REGULARLY.

COVERED WITH SOLID PLATES.
