Hand loops
To prevent tipping and
resulting injury, do not
position handloops, arm prompts or arm
platforms at the extreme ends of the top
bar (see fi gure 11a).
Attaching
When the Pacer is used in the anterior
position, it is recommended that hand
loops are attached forward of the frame
cross bar. This creates stable positioning
and leaves plenty of room for other
accessories.

Hand loop clamps can be
attached on the outside of the top bar.
Figure 11c:
For slimmer clients, the clamps
for any accessory can be attached on the
inside of the top bar. This will position the
prompts closer to the client. To reposition
the hand loop posts (see page 15).
