COMBUSTION HEAD ADJUSTMENT
(for both fuel)
After following the procedure shown in fig. 2, page 3,
proceed as follows:
Unscrew the screw (1)
(Fig. on the right)
and pull out
the elbow (2). Loosen the two screws (3) so that the
elbow rear surface (4) matches the desired notch in
the plate (5) as per the diagram below.
Block the two screws (3) paying attention that the
notches on the sides of the plate are aligned on
the reference surface (4).
In the figure, calibration
is on 3.
For any maintenance of the combustion head, clean-
ing of the diffuser disc and nozzle, setting of the
electrodes, etc. loosen the nut (8, fig. 1, page 1)
securing the light oil pipe and move backwards the
part (
A
, fig. 2, page 3) of the burner that is sliding on
the hinge (4). To remove the head (2) (
fig. on the
right
), remove the screw (1) and do not touch the
screws (3).
The calibration of the head (2) will be unchanged
when it is reassembled.
Important
: Pay attention to the concentricity
between the diffuser disc and the
blast tube.
Example
:
The burner has been installed with a 65 kW boiler.
If we consider an efficiency of 90%, the burner must supply about 72 kW.
The diagram shows that, to achieve this output, the adjustment has to be on notch
