5.Troubleshooting (Only Controller Type 1/Type 2)

The procedure to diagnose “defective recognition” and “defective component” for receiving module.

1. Remove the receiving module from the USB cable.

2. Insert the receiving module to the USB port of the controller directly.

3. Start the IWB and operate the finger drawing mode. Check a blue marker is appeared.
