Log Collection
Collecting System Logs
1. Connect the USB flash drive to the USB port of the controller.
2. Display the "Administrator Setting." ( Displaying the Administrator Settings )
3. Tap [Log Collection] in the Administrator Settings.
4. Define [USB Memory] as the destination and tap [OK].
5. When log collection is completed, remove the USB flash drive.
Collecting Logs for Analyzing Problems Linked with Skype for Business
1.
Download the batch file for analysis.

The file can be downloaded from the site from which the CE firmware is downloaded.
2.
Store the batch file for analysis in the root of the USB flash drive, and connect it to the USB port of
the controller.
3.
Tap [System Update] in the Administrator Settings menu.
4.
Select the batch file for analysis and tap [Execute].
5.
Tap [OK].
6.
When log collection is completed, remove the USB flash drive.
