Using RICOH Gate
Send Mail Dialog
1 Drive
Select the drive in which the files you want to send are
located.
2 Folder
Select the folder in which the files you want to send are
located. The default setting is the folder specified in [Upload
Source Folder] in the upload settings.
3 File Type
When you select the type of file to be sent, only files of the
selected type are displayed.
4 File List
A thumbnail display of the specified files is displayed. Select
the thumbnail of the file you want to send. You can select
more than one file.
5 File Name
The file name is displayed under the thumbnail.

You can change the Send Mail settings registered on the Send
Mail button.
When you make the settings, you can specify the type of file to
be sent, the source folder, etc., and you can save the settings.
You can also change the size of the image to be sent.

Click on in the RICOH Gate window
with the right mouse button and select
[Setting...].
