TROUBLESHOOTING
NOTE: If the following measures fail to alleviate the problem, please

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No response after
pressing and
holding the ON/
OFF button.
The battery is depleted. Charge the device (see section,
"Preparing Before Therapy").
The power turns
off while using the
device.
The device automatically
powers off if a button is
not touched or in working
mode, for more than 1
minute.
Press and hold the
[ ]
button
for 2-3s to power on.
The battery is depleted. Charge the device (see section,
"Preparing Before Therapy").
The battery is worn out. Replace with a new battery (see
section, "Battery Replacement").
The device cannot
be charged.
The adapter is not
connected properly.
Check to ensure the adapter is
properly connected to the device.
Check if the adapter is connected
to an electrical outlet.
Device has no
output.
Did not press the start
button;
Press the start button;
Did not adjust the output
voltage.
Adjust the output voltage.
The treatment has been
paused.
Press the

button to
continue treatment.
The connection cables are
not connected correctly;
Re-connect the connection cables;
