ASH CLEANER
INTENDED USE
• The appliance is intended for non professional use.
• It has been designed to vacuum only cold ash; it is
not suitable for boilers or for fuel oil stoves nor can it
be used for plaster powder or cement dust.
Area of application:
• Substance to be vacuumed – cold ashes from
fireplaces, wood/coal stoves, ashtrays, grill.
• Empty and clean the appliance before and after
vacuuming to avoid the collection of materials that
could pose a fire hazard in the ash cleaner.
Restriction of use:
• Do not use for the separation of health hazardous
dusts (dust classes L, M, H)
• Do not vacuum soot.
• Vacuum only ashes from admissible fuels.
• Do not vacuum any ember, burning or glowing
objects.
• Do not vacuum any object that are hotter than 40°C.
• Do not vacuum any flammable substances.

Double insulated
(IF PRESENT): supplementary insulation is applied
to the basic insulation to protect against electric
shock.
GENERAL WARNING
1-
This appliance is for dry use only and it is not
to be used or stored outdoors in wet conditions.
2-
Components used in packaging (if plastic bags) can
be dangerous; keep away from children and animals.
3-
The use of this machine for anything not specified in
this manual may be dangerous and must be avoided.
4-
Before emptying the tank, switch off the machine
and disconnect the plug from the power outlet.
5-
The equipment should be correctly assembled
before use.
6-
Ensure that power socket used is correct for the
machine.
7-
The suction nozzle should be kept away from the
body, especially delicate areas such as the eyes, ears
and mouth.
8-
The appliance is not to be used by children or
persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge,
unless they have been given supervision or instruction.
9-
Children being supervised must not play with the
appliance.
10-
Never grasp the plug with wet hands.
11-
Check the voltage stated on the appliance is the
same as the supply voltage.
12-
Never leave the equipment unattended whilst in
use.
13-
Never carry out any maintenance on the machine
without first disconnecting from the mains supply.
14-
The mains supply cable should not be used to pull
or lift the machine.
15-
Do not immerse the appliance in water nor clean it
with jets of water.
16-
The use of the device is not allowed in potentially
damp areas (for example in the bathroom).
17-
Examine if cables, plug or parts of the device are
damaged. If any damage is found, do not use the
appliance but contact the customer service centre for
repair.
18-
Should extension cables be used, ensure that these
lay on dry surfaces, protected against water jets.
19-
The use of extension leads, connectors or adaptors
that do not conform to the applicable regulations is
not permitted.
20-
The appliance must be always used on flat surfaces.
21-
Do not use the machine without proper filters.
22-
Do not use to vacuum water or other liquids.
23-
Do not vacuum any flammable, explosive, toxic or
dangerous to health substances.
24-
The motor housing cover must only be cleaned
with a dry cloth.
25-
Service and repairs must be carried out by qualified
personnel only. Only use manufacturer original spare
parts for service repair.
26-
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for
any damage/injury caused to persons, animals or
property caused by misuse of the appliance, not in
compliance with manual instructions.
HOW TO PREPARE AND USE THE ELECTRIC ASH
VACUUM CLEANER
• (see fig.
1
) Make sure the filters are fitted in their
housing.
• Connect the steel pipe to its fitting.
• Before vacuuming the ash, check that it is cold and
no longer alight.
Do not vacuum burning embers
• Do not empty the tank into a container which is
easily inflammable and make sure that the ashes are
completely cold.
• If the hose becomes hot during use, turn the device
off immediately and let it cool.
• Turn the appliance on using the (I)ON/(0)OFF switch,
located on the cover of the motor.
• Vacuum the ash directly from the fireplace or from
the stove (wood or pellet-burning). Hold the suction
nozzle about 1 cm above the ash.
• It is advisable, in any case, to clean a max. of 2/3 Kg
of ash (wood or pellets) during each cleaning
operation.
• When the appliance is no longer in use, turn it off
and take the plug out.
• When the stove or fireplace has been cleaned, the
appliance and suction filter must then be cleaned.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
The unit is maintenance-free.
• The machine shall be disconnected from its power
source, by removing the plug from the socket-outlet,
during cleaning or maintenance.
• Clean the exterior part of the machine with a dry
cloth.
• Move the appliance only by catching the carrying
handle located on the motor head.
• Store the appliance and the accessories in a dry and
safe place, out of the reach of children.
FILTER CLEANING
(see fig.2)
• The machine shall be disconnected from its power
source, by removing the plug from the socket-outlet,
during cleaning or maintenance

2- Disassemble the filters
3- Blow the filters
4- Wash the filters
5- Allow the filters to dry completely before
reinstalling them.
• Once the filters have been cleaned, check if they are
suitable for further use. If they have been damaged or
broken, replace them with the original filters.
WARRANTY CONDITIONS
All our machines are subjected to strict tests and are
covered against manufacturing defects in accordance
with applicable regulations. The warranty is effective
from the date of purchase. The following are not
included in the warranty:
- Parts subject to normal wear. - Rubber parts, carbon
brushes, filters, accessories and optional accessories.
- Accidental damage, caused by transport, neglect or
inadequate treatment, incorrect or improper use and
installation failing - The warranty shall not cover
any cleaning operations to which the operative
components may be subjected, such as clogged nozzles
and filters.
This appliance is intended to be used for domestic and
hobby work: the warranty does not cover any other
different kind of use.
DISPOSAL (WEEE)
As the owner of electrical or electronic equipment, the
law (in accordance with the EU Directive 2012/19/EU on
waste from electrical and electronic equipment and
the national laws of the EU Member States that have
implemented this Directive) prohibits you from
disposing of this product or its electrical / electronic
accessories as municipal solid waste and obliges you to
make use of the appropriate, waste collection
facilities.The product can be disposed of by returning it
to the distributor when a new product is purchased.
The new product must be equivalent to that being
disposed of.
Disposing of the product in the environment can cause
great harm to the environment itself and human
health. The symbol in the figure indicates the urban
waste containers and it is strictly prohibited to dispose
of the equipment in these containers. Non-compliance
with the regulationtis spulated in the Directive
2012/19/EU and the decrees implemented in the
various EU.
Member States is administratively punishable.
