Engine oil
•
Use premium quality 4-stroke engine oil.
•
SAE30 or 10W30 is recommended for general use.
•
Check oil level:
i)
Remove the dipstick and wipe clean with a damp
cloth.
ii)
Check the oil level with the dipstick.
iii)
If the oil level is lower than the lower limit mark
(on the dipstick), refill engine oil until the level
reach to the upper limit mark. Do not overfill.

WARNING!
Turn off and cool down the engine before removing the fuel tank cap.
Fuel
•
Use unleaded gasoline with octane rating of 85 or
higher. Do not use gasoline that contains methanol.
•
Do not mix engine oil with gasoline.
•
Adding fuel:
i)
In
well-ventilated environment
, remove the fuel
cap (8).
ii)
Fill the tank to the lowest position of the tank neck.
Do not overfill.
iii)
Wipe any spilled gasoline with a damp cloth.
iv)
Replace the fuel cap.
•
CAUTION!
Paint and plastic could be weakened or
damaged by fuel. Spilled fuel shall be cleaned
immediately with a damp cloth.

5.3- Start/Stop the engine
Start the engine
•
Set the power switch to the “ON” position. (Fig. 5a)
•
Press the primer pump 2-3 times. Do not exceed 5 times in any situation. (Fig. 5b)
•
Grip the starter handle (10) and slowly pull until resistance is felt, then pull straight out
rapidly. (Fig. 5c)
•
Allow the rope to rewind slowly and if necessary, repeat this procedure until the engine
starts.

Stop the engine
•
Set the power switch to the “OFF” position. (Fig. 5a)
