Warranty
：
RGBlink Science & Technology Co., Ltd policy is 1 year warranty and
3-year labor warranty since delivery day for the main components (basic
motherboard, internal power supply, keyboard, LCD module, VGA input
module, CVBS input module, DVI input module, sending card, etc.). Within
the guaranteed maintenance period, customers can send back the
products if malfunction, and freight users from themselves.
Users have the obligation to record the failure reasons if products
malfunction. It does not belong to the warranty scope for any following
circumstances, but can charge maintenance:
1) No 3 packets of proves and valid invoice.
2) The warranty vouchers have altered, the serial number of warranty and
products of in-kind goods or altered identification inconsistent, or
replacement.
3) The damage caused by user's use, operation, maintenance, keep
improper.
4) The damage caused by non-our-company authorized service personnel
or assigned service provider overhaul, or open without authorization.
5) The damage caused by force majeure (such as lightning, voltage
instability).
6) Premium services that RGBlink set.
