Areas of Use and Application
The MTS-R01.2 and the MTS-R02.2 of Rexroth are intended to be
plugged in the RECO02 module carrier system. The ISP200-R is
designed for use in the following cases:
•
Stand alone PLC
•
Matching control for MTC200
Note:
The ISP200-R may only be used with the accessories and
parts specified in this document. If a component has not been
specifically named, then it may not be either mounted or
connected. The same applies to cables and lines.
Operation is only permitted in the specified configurations and
combinations of components using the software and firmware
as specified in the relevant function descriptions.
Before being commissioned each ISP200-R has to be programmed, so
that the PLC executes the application-specific functions.
The MTS-R01.2 and the MTS-R02.2 have been developed for use in
electric control cabinets.
Typical areas of application of the MTS-R01.2 and the MTS-R02.2 are as
follows:
•
Handling and mounting systems
•
Packaging and food machines
•
Printing and paper processing machines
•
Machine
tools
The ISP200-R may only be operated under the assembly, installation and
ambient conditions as described here (temperature, system of protection,
humidity, EMC requirements, etc.) and in the position specified.
2.2 Inappropriate
Use
Using the MTS-R01.2 and the MTS-R02.2 outside of the above-
referenced areas of application or under operating conditions other than
described in the document and the technical data specified is defined as
"Inappropriate use".
The ISP200-R may not be used if
•
it is subject to operating conditions that do not meet the above
specified ambient conditions. This includes, for example, operation
under water, in the case of extreme temperature fluctuations or
extreme maximum temperatures or if
•
the Bosch Rexroth AG has not specifically released them for that
intended purpose. Please note the specifications outlined in the
general Safety Instructions!
