OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE REXENER PR200 

WATER HEATER (REXENER AURORA/POLAR)

Before heating

• 

Before filling the pool, make sure that the pool is empty, and the bottom valve and/or plug are 

closed.

• 

Ensure that the draining tap/plug of the REXENER PR-200 water heater and REXENER circulation 

pump is closed.

• 

Ensure that the water circulation of the REXENER PR200 water heater and Rexener circulation pump 

has not been blocked or closed before you start heating.

• 

Check that the attachment points between the heater and pump and the pool are not leaking. If you 

detect a leak, the connections must be tightened enough to stop it

• 

The pool must be filled, or at least the leg space must be filled to the lower rim of the seat before 

starting the heater/pump.

• 

Fill the fuel tank with biodiesel, diesel or “red diesel” before start-up

• 

The REXENER PR200 water heater is started by pressing the start button. To regulate the 

temperature, use the arrow buttons.

• 

The maximum temperature is 45 degrees Celsius.

• 

The recommended bathing temperature is 37 to 39 degrees.

• 

Detailed instructions for the Rexener heater and the Rexener filter and pump can be found in the 

manual section that covers device operating instructions, or in the separate manuals for the heater 

and pump.
