Preparation
• First, connect the wires at the rear side according
to the circuit diagram
• Then, open the glass door using the handle.
• Next, place the pizza on the pizza scoop (not sup-
plied) and put inside the oven. Then, close the
door.
• Ensure there is enough space between the pizza
for the heat to be evenly distributed.
Start cooking
• Set the 2 Temp control to the setting tempera-
tures for cooking. The appliance start heating up
and the green indicators light up.
Note: The ideal cooking time depends on the size
and ingredient used, as well as the selected tem-
perature. Therefore, check the food for doneness in
regular intervals through the glass door or switch
on the green light switch to see the internal.
• When the set temperature is attained, the green
indicators will go off.
• To terminate the cooking process manually, just
set the temperature control to the “0°C”.
• After cooking, set the Temp control to the “0°C”.
• Open the glass door using the door handle only
and remove the pizza using the pizza scoop. Pay
attention as it is very hot.
Temp control
• A cooking temperature of maximum 500°C can
be set. For this purpose, set the Temp control to
the desired temperature.
• The Temp control can be increased or decreased
at any time during cooking.
• When the set temperature is attained, the green
indicators will go off.
Tips for cooking
• Check the recipe first for the Temp control set-
ting.
• Ensure there is enough space between the food
for the heat to be evenly distributed.
• Cooked pizza and parts of the appliance get very
hot for some time after cooking. Do not touch
them with bare hands while in use or shortly af-
ter use.
